Overview
Legoland Malaysia Resort is Southeast Asia's first Legoland park and Malaysia's largest international theme park. D Tech Digital delivered the cashless parking system serving Legoland's expansive car park — the gateway to the resort for hundreds of thousands of domestic and international visitors annually.
Theme park visitors are often first-time cashless payment users and include international tourists unfamiliar with Malaysian payment systems. The system needed to be universally intuitive, multi-currency capable, and ultra-fast during peak holiday periods.
E-Park terminals with multi-language interfaces, international card acceptance (Visa/Mastercard international), and Touch'n Go for domestic visitors — with large-format directional signage integration to guide visitors efficiently from car to entry gate.
