D Tech Digital was born from direct operational experience. Before we built parking technology, we ran car parks ourselves — and the inefficiencies we encountered in that work became the exact problems our platform was designed to solve.

From our first cashless terminal deployment in 2011 to our 320+ site network today, every product decision has been validated against the demands of live, high-volume environments: KLIA's kerbside lanes, AEON's retail car parks, hospital visitor bays, and federal government facilities.

Our cloud-native PMS platform — launched in July 2024 — represents the next chapter: one unified dashboard that gives operators real-time visibility across every bay, every transaction, and every integration in their estate.

Incorporated on 23 April 2008 as a car park operator with a dedicated on-site operations and technical team — the operational DNA that still defines our engineering culture today.

First Deployment

First operational site commissioned at 38 Bidara Service Suite. Early experience identified a critical gap in cashless parking efficiency that would define our entire strategic trajectory.
