MyTown Shopping Centre and the adjacent IKEA Cheras share one of the largest car park facilities in Kuala Lumpur, accommodating over 5,000 bays across multiple levels. D Tech Digital delivered a fully integrated cashless parking platform covering all entry, exit, and payment points across both retail entities.
Integrating a unified cashless system across two distinct retail operators with separate management structures, while ensuring a seamless customer experience regardless of which destination a visitor was patronising.
A centralised PMS Cloud Platform with tenant-level reporting segregation, combined with E-Park terminals at all 40+ lanes, allowed each operator full visibility while shoppers experienced one consistent payment journey.
