Q Sentral is a landmark mixed-use development adjacent to KL Sentral — Malaysia's largest transportation hub. D Tech Digital commissioned cashless parking infrastructure across Q Sentral's multi-level car park, serving the building's diverse mix of office tenants, retail visitors, and commuter park-and-ride users.
Accommodating three distinct user classes — long-stay office tenants, short-stay retail visitors, and transit park-and-ride users — each requiring different rate structures and access priorities within a shared facility.
Zone-differentiated parking configuration using PMS Cloud Platform, with dedicated E-Park lanes for each user class, automated rate switching by zone, and RFID for subscribed tenant access.
