D Tech Digital commissioned a parking system that extends the W experience from lobby to car park, with seamless room-charge settlement, valet integration, and full cashless payment across all guest, visitor, and associate parking.
The W brand's ultra-premium service standards required a parking experience with zero visible friction and full integration with the property's Opera PMS for room-charge capability.
E-Park terminals with custom W Hotels interface skin, Opera PMS room-charge integration for guest settlements, RFID for valet management, and a concierge validation system at the W's signature Welcome Desk.
