Transitioning a federal ministry car park from a manual cash-collection model to fully cashless operations — including staff communication, rate standardisation, and ensuring all civil servants and visitors could transact without barriers.
Full deployment of E-Park terminals with multiple payment rails, a structured staff briefing and onboarding programme managed by D Tech's operations team, and a public-facing information kiosk at the car park entrance.
